I have a client called Cowardly Lion who has only ever had a couple different records: two shelter stays and one housing history: Note that the earliest date for any of these is 2017 . The client file was created on 2017-08-30. Yet, here is the Vitals history, ordered by date: (Yes the client originally had a different name then I changed it). But as you can see, there's nearly 20 records of the client becoming chronically homeless when there is actually no data to support this.
