I have a client called Cowardly Lion who has only ever had a couple different records: two shelter stays and one housing history:

Note that the earliest date for any of these is
2017
. The client file was created on 2017-08-30. Yet, here is the Vitals history, ordered by date:

(Yes the client originally had a different name then I changed it). But as you can see,
there's nearly 20 records of the client becoming chronically homeless when there is actually no data to support this.
The client did not yet exist, so at most they should be unknown.
