Save Diversion Attempt returns to Edit screen

When I add a Diversion Attempt (i.e. form version) and hit Save, it takes me to the "Edit Diversion" screen when the URL is /Diversion/New?returnurl=List and so it should return to the Diversion List.

Turns out this is intentional. Because there is a bunch of additional information that you can add on the Edit Diversion screen (see https://acreconsulting.canny.io/admin/feedback/hifis-4/p/edit-diversion-shouldnt-have-other-modules-embedded?boards=hifis-4) the developers think it's important to redirect someone to add that extra information.
