Filtering Outreach Map

I found a minor issue on the Outreach Map.
- I have 3 outreach services. If I go to Map View, I can see all 3.
- If I modify the date range in the Filter Options and click Apply Filters, so that not all 3 services should show, the map doesn't change.
- If I then click on Standard View, the Standard View is filtered correctly
- If I then click back on Map View, the Map View is now filtered correctly
- However, if I then un-filter the Filter Options (so it should show all 3 services again), it immediately updates and once again shows all 3 services.
